Nous sommes une des r\u00e9gions fran\u00e7aises o\u00f9 l\u2019on a le moins de surfaces agricoles disponibles par habitant. Et le d\u00e9ficit de production est tr\u00e8s importants sur les les produits bruts mais aussi transform\u00e9s&nbsp;&nbsp;C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement le cas des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, produits laitiers et produits animaux. Une autonomie alimentaire qui va encore se d\u00e9grader \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une hausse de la population et de pertes des terres agricoles. Symbole de cette b\u00e9tonisation des terres arables, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la plaine du Var.
